Parents are welcome to be on the therapy floor during the first day to observe what their child is doing. However, it’s not required to stay throughout the sessions. In many cases, children respond better without parents present, and our highly trained therapists ensure their care.
We have a waiting room and an outdoor porch where parents can work on their computers if needed. We also provide guest Wi-Fi.
Parents will need to be available a few times throughout the week for doctor consultations and homecare training. We will coordinate those times and days with you as your child progresses through care.

You will receive your arrival time for the first day of therapy about one week prior to your care, either by phone or text. If you are a local patient, we’ll inform you in person. Once you arrive on your first day, we will provide you with a separate start time for the rest of the week.
If you would like to change your start time to earlier or later in the morning, we can try to accommodate your request, but it is not guaranteed. If you arrive early, we kindly ask that you wait in our waiting area until your scheduled start time. Our therapy floor operates as a timed circuit, and we organize patient care in timed groups to keep everything running smoothly, minimizing wait times for the next piece of equipment in rotation.
